Just wanted to post a quick update for everyone who is waiting to hear some news from my end. I am still waiting for a court date. I am hoping and praying for February. There is a letter that must come from Moscow to the region I am adopting from. It has not yet made it back to the region but my caseworker feels it will probably be there right after the Russian holidays. Russia has two holiday weeks at the beginning of January and nothing is processed at that time. Luckily, court dates have been coming very consistently over the last few months so I hope that will continue. To pass time, I have been working on getting things ready at home. I have bought the items I need to travel to pick up the girls and have their room ready to go. Now all I need are two little toddlers to live in it. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. I am looking forward to an exciting and fun year on this end!
